All dirty facades were cleaned and plastered by which the facades were giving a complete new look.The fence of the balcony at the frontfacade has been demolished.The balcony now is a awning.The entrance and balcony front have been replaced by a colourful graphic vertical front.The swimming pool and garden have been renewed as well.
On ground floor level a cast floor was made on top of the old tiled floor, a new staircase was instralled, kitchen and bathrooms are renewed.
